With nearly 10 years of practice Caroline comes all the way from Germany to share with us her handstand experience.
In this beginner friendly handstand workshop we will explore how to:
Prepare your body adequately for long term success
Mobilize your upper body for stronger and deeper ranges of motion.
Learn to stabilize your core and shoulders.
Learn balancing drills off and on the wall.
