Taller de Locomoción

Locomotion is simply the way you move from point A to point B; most of us do this by walking. In this workshop we will look at and learn distinct ways of moving your body through other fundamental movement patterns such as crawling, rolling, and transitioning smoothly between different postures, with the end goal of moving with more fluidity, efficiency and creativity.

Locomoción es simplemente la manera en que te desplazas de punto A a punto B; la mayoría de nosotros lo hacemos caminando. En este taller, exploraremos y aprenderemos formas distintas de mover el cuerpo a través de otros patrones de movimiento fundamentales como gatear, rodar y transicionar suavemente entre diferentes posturas, con el objetivo final de moverte con más fluidez, eficiencia y creatividad.
